The collaboration space serves as a tool for HIPSO members to enhance collaboration, by serving as a platform for sharing and exchanging knowledge on various topical ideas and issues. Each of the Work Streams had a dedicated forum. Additionally, there are two other forums namely the general discussion space and the monitoring and evaluation forum.

The space has various functionalities including discussion boards and the ability to upload files and document/media links.
